I like this product bc it’ves natural, tasty, leaves my mouth refreshed. Much cheaper at major drug store chain! Much!!
Cathi L –
I love the clean feeling, great taste
Kenny Young –
This is a great fluoride free toothpaste. Makes my mouth feel clean and fresh.
msj –
Love this toothpaste. Have great visits from the dentist. Not a lot of scraping or buildup and no cavities.
Seller who sent my order sent a product that is expiring in 4 months. Would have appreciated not being sent a product that’ves been sitting on their shelf and soon to expire.
Kelly D –
Product is never consistent. One tube is fine and the next is like cement and I have to fight to get it out of the tube.
Ana A. –
El producto es muy bueno, aunque es poca cantidad para el precio.
Mikayla –
Obviously natural toothpaste is never going to taste as good as the artificial stuff, you can definitely tell this has Stevia in it, and it is sort of grainy, but I like it. It may not be for everyone but it is still minty and gets the job done without the toxic chemicals ‘normal’ve toothpastes have.
Gail –
Works well! Reduces sensitivity without unnecessary chemicals.
Liz –
Really like this tooth paste for some reason other tooth paste help stir up my GERD but this one has helped. Natural ingredients.
EM –
Best sensitive fluroide free toothpaste EVER
Robert Hunt –
First time trying it it’ves good
Piotr Sushkevich –
Highly recommend 🏻
PA Royalty –
It’ves hard to find a natural toothpaste that is also for sensitive teeth and tastes good. This one checks all the boxes.
Tim –
As I age, my teeth became sensitive. The taste of most sensitive tooth paste is blah. This is a decently priced toothpaste and had a nice taste.
Ianacio Moseley –
Great value and taste

I’veve suffered from perioral, periorificial, periocular dermatitis for about 10 years on and off. I’veve tried many fluoride/SLS free toothpastes. After a couple weeks or days, I just feel like I have these spots on my teeth that have plaque that no matter how much I focus on that area, it still does feel smooth like they usually do from normal toothpaste. Usually the alternative toothpastes have an odd taste and my mouth doesn’vet feel as fresh. This toothpaste tastes great and I also feel like my mouth is as fresh as it is with normal fluoride toothpaste. I don’vet feel like I have plaque build up on my teeth and they’vere smooth. Very surprised. Some people might not like the spearmint taste but I actually like it. I love spearmint gum. To those who complain about xylitol being in this toothpaste but a lot of alternative toothpastes have this ingredient. Xylitol is a naturally occurring alcohol found in most plant material, including many fruits and vegetables. It is extracted from birch wood to make medicine. Xylitol increases salivation with prevents dry mouth and prevents cavities/fights against plaque. When bacteria consume xylitol, it cannot consume anymore glucose for fuel and die. Xylitol is a natural alternative for cavity prevention. Therefore this toothpaste is in fact a more natural alternative and is also helpful for people who suffer from POD/PD and can’vet use fluoride.
This toothpaste provides enough flavor and freshness without the high price tag (I got 2 tubes for less than some brands that cost just as much for one, value for my money’ves worth).

Works perfectly

Good buy my family is happy with our switch to this product from crest we are pleased with the product. I hear it in Howard Stern show so I decided to buy some to try it but we enjoy this so much we are staying with this product.
Platitudinus –
Only SLS free toothpaste I could find. Tastes fine. Refreshing. Smells nice. Expensive, but having a product that does NOT contain cancer associated ingredients is worth the price. Will purchase again most likely. I gave 4 stars due to the price, but it is much nicer than plain baking soda.
Helen Griffis –
My new favorite tooth paste, hands down. It didn’t have that chalky taste or texture. The flavor is just right, no burst of mint. It’s perfect for sensitive teeth and very affordable 👌
The VV –
Non foaming, non fluoride, neutral flavor. Works great for sensetive teeth and leaves the mouth feeling very clean without the usual foam of normal toothpaste. I was a bit concerned about the amount per tube for the price but I realized it’s the same size as Sensodyne tube without all the junk ingredients.
I had no problem squeezing this out but it has been extremely hot here so I don’t know if it’s because the product is warm or if they improved the “flow”.

it clean good and the flavor is fantastic. Love it

I was looking for a toothpaste without fluoride. This one tastes great and leaves your mouth feeling fresh. Highly recommend.
Inky Doodler –
I have scoured the internet looking for a sensitive toothpaste without hydrated Silica in it. Because it is harder than your teeth and scratches them and makes them more sensitive and defeats the point of having a sensitive toothpaste. The mints in this are just right not too intense and more spearminty than peppermint I’ved say. It has a lot of good things in there that have been helping my teeth and gums like the propolis. It doesn’vet foam but then if it did I would be suspicious as the ingredients because they’vere not supposed to foam. If you want foam then use soap. A good toothpaste should clean good and leave your mouth feeling good too. This does that and then some! My teeth feel stronger now and more smooth. Also the potassium nitrate doesn’vet darken your teeth over time like fluoride does which is so bad for you. That is why every other paste just about has whitening in it too which makes your teeth hurt as well. This is the best toothpaste I have found yet and I am very happy with it!! Best part is if you don’vet need the sensitive toothpaste you can get the other awesome flavored ones!!
BENonConforming –
First, try this toothpaste. The tubes are only 5oz so smaller than most others. The taste is great and the paste was able to get rid of my teeth sensitivity in record time less than two days. It also has helped whiten my teeth and you do not have to use much paste. I love the ingredients are healthy and do not have any carcinogenic like a lot of the normal brands.

UPDATE: I let my roommate use some of this toothpaste and he came into my room asking me if I ever found plastic pieces in my toothpaste. He showed me what he found while he was brushing and it was a tiny piece of plastic. It wasn’vet sharp thankfully but I have no idea why it was in there. I let it go and continued to use this toothpaste but now I myself have found 2 small pieces of plastic I had to spit out while brushing. Quality control, you there? Probably won’vet be buying this again which is a shame since I really have enjoyed using this toothpaste other than the tiny plastic pieces I and my roommate have found while brushing.
I wanted to try a fluoride free toothpaste and I gave this one a try. It’ves AMAZING. The taste is fresh and not overly sweet. Fresh breath and my teeth feel really clean after brushing. It feels good to use a product that doesn’vet leave a chemical, mint taste in your mouth afterwards. Can’vet beat the price either.

I Am on my third tube. It took away the sensitivity in one week. My only issue is it’ves price. I’vem a physician and examining the ingredients the tube costs more than the toothpaste. I hate greed!
Joseph –
I bought it because it was claiming to be all natural, etc. and had a picture of a simpler time, but when I read the ingredients the list included items I do not consider all-natural. I feel tricked into thinking it is something it is not.
Celestial Gutierrez –
The taste is good and fresh, but getting to the end, it is so hard to get out.
Lori J –
This is my new favorite toothpaste. Taste very clean and had no issues with sensitivity. I will buy more.
Melissa Davis –
I’veve been wanting to get away from fluoride for a bit and towards more natural ingredients. I’veve used other toothpastes but the flavor was off or they just didn’vet leave my teeth feeling actually clean. Not only does this taste fine, like normal mint toothpaste (but not overwhelming) my teeth actually feel cleaner. I’veve been using Synsodyne for a couple of years now yet still have sensitive teeth. This week alone has already shown an improvement. I don’vet have any sensitive terth! I’vell update if that changes but on that point alone, if that continues, I’vell never use any other toothpaste again. (I did purchase the mint sensitive option)
Missoula Girl –
Great product. Better than any out there for sensitivity and natural safe ingredients. After Tom’ves discontinued their original sensitive ingredients, I searched the world over for an equivalent and was pleased to find it. I will never switch to anything else. Hope they never stop making it.
One note – if you are not purchasing this directly from the maker watch out for the shelf life. Fresh product performs better!
MikezzzzzOnEbay –
A little expensive but its worth it honestly. I just love this toothpaste. Also recommend buying it fresh and with an expiration date far away. If you buy online, you can expect it to be fresh. Why does it need to be fresh? Because it designed for sensitive teeth and just to make sure you are getting everything you paid for. If you don’t buy it online again just be careful on the expiration date. The taste is really good and it does help a decent amount with sensitivity. I highly recommend giving this toothpaste a chance.
Garys Chanis –
Me parece genial esta crema dental, definitivamente volvere a comprarla.
Jackie Olmstead –
I love this toothpaste! Nothing bad or inconvenient like some of the other reviews. I am glad I ignored the negative reviews. This toothpaste is awesome! Big fan now!
DIANE PATTERSON –
I’ve been using Tom’s “Rapid Relief” flouride-free toothpaste for sensitive teeth, but I do not like the flavor. That’s why I searched for another brand of natural/flouride-free toothpaste. Dr. Sheffield’s “Sensitive Care” natural toothpaste is free of SLS, fluoride, preservatives, synthetic/artificial/harmful ingredients. It helps freshen breath, whiten teeth & reduce plaque, BUT It doesn’t foam. I do understand why, BUT I’m having a hard time getting used to that. For that reason, I don’t know if I’ll reorder.
Dorothy.C. –
Great natural product. Good flavor and viscosity.
wego4awalk –
I was using Kiss My Face Citrus mint sensitive toothpaste, but no longer available. Tom’ves is too minty for me- practically burns your mouth, but this has been great! Used it 3 times so far and it’ves helped my teeth immediately! Good flavor! Very happy with it
Vito –
Been using this toothpaste for few years now, no foam fluoride or other garage in it, amazing taste and cleaniness.
Ourselves –
I got a filling and major painful sensitivity from it. I was in so much pain especially when I drank anything cold. I came across this toothpaste and it’ves helped immensely.
Drew Gurian –
Based on my search and the item description, I thought this came in an aluminum tube- which was one of the main reasons for buying it.
Turns out that their aluminum tubes are coming soon, but would love to know when.
A.C. –
This toothpaste is the best value for the price, leaves your mouth feeling very clean and on top of that doesn’vet have fluoride or SLS which causes canker sores. Won’vet buy any other brand again.
Kathleen –
I used for many years another brand of Fluoride free toothpaste then their price increased. I shopped around to find this brand. This is the BEST toothpaste I have EVER used! Love this 😃
Malone –
great taste and works with my sensitive teeth.
Marie P. –
Hard to Squeeze. This must be old
Welsh Lass –
I loved the original Dr Sheffields so got some of the sensitive teeth version. It is very dry and difficult to get out of the tube. When I have had my workout and can get some out, I don’t see much help with my sensitive teeth.
lori’s story –
Love that it has no hidden ingredients.
Jessica A. –
This stuff is great. It leaves my teeth feeling straight from the dentist clean.
K.Milby –
I needed a sensitive toothpaste but didn’t want all the garbage on the commercially available ones at the store with flouride and other junk in it. I was so happy to see these online. It’s a bit pricey but it’s all natural and tastes great. I think it is also helping the sensitivity of my teeth. Really like it.
GL –
For whatever reason, the first tube I tried was nearly impossible to squeeze the toothpaste out. At first I thought this toothpaste is supposed to be thicker with a higher viscosity. Gradually over a week or so, it became harder and harder to squeeze it out. I literally put all my weight (I weigh over 180lbs) on one hand and press on it against the bathroom counter. A tiny bit would come out if I was lucky, but it’s so hard (dry?) that it would fall off my toothbrush if I’m not careful. I had no choice but to dump it — to bad I missed the return deadline. I just opened the second tube. Hope it’s good.
Tim Christopher –
Good taste and cleans well without the toxic Fluoride!
tlight –
I have tried repeatedly to love this toothpaste. It is pleasant to taste, it does a great job at polishing teeth, but we are never able to finish a tube before it hardens like grout and becomes impossible to squeeze. My last tube ended up hardening halfway through. I have decided to give up being disappointed and switch to another brand. We tried.
Naomi RB –
Was on the hunt for some decently priced fluoride free sensitive toothpaste and was so happy to come across this online. As my usual go to Tom’s wasn’t available… I went through the entire first tube and was pleasantly surprised. Within a few weeks my teeth were no longer sensitive to heat and cold, etc. I started using the second tube and I’ve found these little small clear plastic crystals in the toothpaste. I’m not even halfway thru the tube and I’ve come across this at least 5-10 times. I don’t know what it is. So disappointing as this toothpaste worked so great for me and I want to recommend it but feel like I can’t now bcuz of this.
Lucy –
I really like this toothpaste.
dt405gt –
Love this natural toothpaste but my last tube became super hard to where I wasn’vet able to finish the tube.
Harris –
It’s nearly impossible to squeeze toothpaste onto a toothbrush. And when you do, it crumbles on the toothbrush. Squeezing toothpaste shouldn’t be so difficult. Please improve this product. Won’t buy again.
